Go to Manage Jobs
Click on Create Job button on the top right corner
Fill in all the relevant information regarding the job offer

App:

Navigate to the ‘Talents’ page from the bottom navigation bar, then tap the ‘+’ icon at the top right to access the ‘Job Management’ page
Tap on ‘Post a new job’ at the bottom
Fill in all the relevant job details.

Why is my job still pending?

Our team reviews and verifies new companies registered and approves job postings within our working hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Quick Reminder: If you make any edits to your active job, it will be shifted back to Pending status for our moderators to review and approve.

In case your submission hasn't been reviewed within 24-48 hours, contact our customer support at support@bossjob.com if you have more questions.

How do I edit /close job post

From the left navigation bar, click on the Manage Jobs tab. You will see a list of jobs posted on this page.

To edit a job, click the edit button (pencil icon) on the right side of the job you have chose to edit
To close a job, click the More Options (…) button, then select Close Job.

How do I invite talent for an interview ?

Go to the respective chat with talent whom you would like to schedule an interview with
Web: on the bottom part of the chat, click on the Interview Invite button
App: on the top section of the chat, tap on the Invite to Interview icon.
A popup will appear that will allow you to specify the interview details. Fill up the information and hit Send. Talent would then receive an interview invitation from you.

What happens when I select ‘Not suitable’ in chat?

When you select Not suitable in chat, you can select a reason for why talent is not a match.
You have the option to send an automated message upon clicking Submit.
Once done, you will no longer receive notifications of new messages from the talent.
Change your mind? You can reactivate notifications by selecting Undo at the bottom of the chat.

How do I improve my response rate?

Our response rate is computed based on the average time you have taken to respond to talents’ messages. Respond to talents’ messages as soon as possible to keep your response rate high.
Tip: A higher response rate will attract more talents to apply for your job and get your role filled faster!

How do I add a customised greeting message to talents?
