Account Settings

Web:

Log in to your employer account using this link.
Once logged in, click the dropdown arrow on the Profile Icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Navigate to Account Settings → Account Management, then click the Edit button next to your email address.
Enter your new email address.
Click the Send OTP button. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your new email address.
Enter the OTP you received to verify and update your email address.

App:

At the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the ‘Menu’ page.
On the top right corner, tap on ‘Settings’ icon → Account & Security → Edit email
Enter new email address
Tap on ‘Send OTP’ You will receive the OTP in your new email address.
Enter the code you have received to verify your new email address

Navigate to Account Settings → Account Management, then click the Edit button next to your Mobile Number.
Enter your new Mobile Number → Choose the correct country code.
Click the Send OTP button. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your new mobile number.
Enter the OTP you received to verify and update your mobile number.

App:

At the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the ‘Menu’ page.
On the top right corner, tap on ‘Settings’ icon → Account & Security → Edit mobile number
Enter new mobile number
Tap on ‘Send OTP’ You will receive the OTP via SMS with your new mobile number.
Enter the code you have received to verify your new mobile number

Web:

Click on the arrow dropdown next to your profile picture on the top right corner → Account Settings → Account Management (Alternatively, click here)
Next to ‘Mobile Number’ section, click on the edit symbol (pencil icon)
Double check your mobile number, edit it if you would like to change to a different number.
Click the ‘Send OTP’ button. You will receive the OTP via SMS.
Enter the code you have received to verify your new mobile number.

App:

On the top right corner, tap on ‘Settings’ icon → Account & Security → Edit mobile number
Enter new mobile number
Tap on ‘Send OTP’ You will receive the OTP via SMS with your new mobile number.
Enter the code you have received to verify your new mobile number
