Job
How to post a job ?
Web:
Go to Manage Jobs
Click on Create Job button on the top right corner
Fill in all the relevant information regarding the job offer
App:
Navigate to the ‘Talents’ page from the bottom navigation bar, then tap the ‘+’ icon at the top right to access the ‘ Manage Jobs' page
Tap on ‘ Post a new job’ at the bottom
Fill in all the relevant job details.
Why is my job still pending?
Our team reviews and verifies new companies registered and approves job postings within our working hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
Quick Reminder: If you make any edits to your active job, it will be shifted back to Pending status for our moderators to review and approve.
In case your submission hasn't been reviewed within 24-48 hours, contact our customer support at support@bossjob.com if you have more questions.
How do I edit /close job post
Web:
From the left navigation bar, click on the Manage Jobs tab. You will see a list of jobs posted on this page.
To edit a job, click the edit button (pencil icon) on the right side of the job you have chose to edit
To close a job, click the More Options (…) button, then select Close Job.
App:
From the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the Talents page, then tap the + icon at the top right to access the Manage Jobs page.
Tap on any active job, and at the bottom, select either Edit or Close.
Reminder: Any edits made to an active job will change its status to Pending for moderator review and approval.

Where do I see my talents’ resume?
Web:
Go to the Chat page to find messages from talents.
Select a talent to view their profile or resume.
In the chat, you’ll see:
Profile: Basic details like job preferences, work experience, education, and skills.
Resume: The talent’s uploaded CV.
Reminder: The resume is only visible if the talent has approved your request via the '**Request Resume**' feature.
App:
Request or approve a resume in the chat.
Tap the talent's profile picture to view their profile and resume attachment.
I want to discuss another job with the talent / How do I switch the job in discussion with the talent?
You can easily switch the job you're discussing with a talent through the Chat feature.
Web:
Go to your chat with the talent.
Click Jobs Communicated below the talent’s name.
A dropdown will appear showing your active jobs — select the one you’d like to discuss.
App:
At the bottom of the chat, tap the rounded ‘+’ icon.
Select Change Job.
Choose a different job you want to offer or discuss with the talent.
Company
Why can’t I verify my company profile?
If your company verification fails, we’ll include the reason so you can update the necessary details. Once corrected, you may resubmit your documents for verification.

Why can’t I join a company?
There are two (2) possible reasons why you’re unable to join a company:
The company is not yet verified.
Your request to join has not yet been approved by the company administrator.
We recommend reaching out to your company admin to confirm the verification status or request approval.
If the current admin is no longer available or connected, feel free to contact us via live chat support or email us at support@bossjob.com for further assistance.
How to change my company’s information?
Only the admin user of the employer account can edit company information.
Web:
Log in using the registered email address or phone number through https://employer.bossjob.com/
Go to the My Company page on the left side of your screen.
From there, the admin can edit the company’s information.
App:
Login to your employer account using the correct registered email address or phone number
Once logged in, go to Menu → My Company
From there, you will be able to edit your company's information
How do I assign someone else as the admin of the company?
Only the current admin can assign another member as the new admin.
Web:
On the left navigation bar, go to My Company → Company Management.
Under Company Management, select the team member you’d like to assign as the new admin.
App:
At the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the Menu page → Admin Console → Team Members
Select the desired member you would like to pass the administration access to
Why can’t I leave my company?
Click your profile photo at the upper right corner of your screen.
Go to My Settings → My Company.
Click Change Company next to the company name.
Otherwise, contact us via live chat support or email us at support@bossjob.com for assistance on this matter.
Can there be more than 1 company admin?
Yes, there can be more than 1 company administrator.
Why can’t I change certain information about the company?
You may not have the necessary admin access to update certain company details.
Please ensure that you have administration rights. If not, contact your company’s admin to make the changes on your behalf.
How do I add more people into my company?
To add team members to your company, go to My Company on the left side → Company Management. Under the Company Management section, click the Add button, enter your member’s email address, and select the appropriate access level based on your preferences. Then, click Generate Exclusive Link.
Your team member will receive an email invitation. Once they click the Accept Invite, they’ll be redirected to create an employer account and join your company.
Talents
How do I search for talents?
Web:
We recommend the most active and relevant talents for you. Visit Reco Talents to see the list and start chatting with talents at no cost.
You can also search our talent database by clicking Search Talent on the left navigation bar.
Use filters such as current job title, location, school, job function, and more to narrow down your search.
App:
You can browse for talents on the Talents tab. Talents will be recommended to you based on the job you have posted (ensure you have put in the right job function and details so that the talents recommended to you will be more precise).
To help us improve our recommendation, click on X of a specific talent card, and provide us the reason for irrelevance, and we will optimise our recommendation further for you.
Why am I not seeing talent’s resume in “Resume”?
This usually means the talent has either declined to share their resume or hasn’t submitted it to you yet.
You can request the resume again by reaching out to the talent via chat or by using the Request Resume function.
Chat
How do I invite talent for an interview ?
Go to the chat with the talent you’d like to invite for an interview.
Web: At the bottom of the chat box, click the Interview Invite button.
App: At the top of the chat, tap the Interview icon.
A pop-up will appear where you can choose between an Online or Onsite interview. Fill in the required details and hit Send or Invite.
The talent will then receive your interview invitation.
What happens when I select ‘Not suitable’ in chat?
When you select Not Suitable in chat, you will stop receiving notifications from that talent. You’ll also have the option to notify the talent with a reason for the rejection—or choose not to.
Changed your mind? You can easily reverse the action by clicking Undo at the bottom of the chat.
How do I improve my response rate?
Our response rate is calculated based on how quickly you reply to messages from talents and your overall activeness on the platform. To keep your response rate high, make sure to respond to messages promptly and stay engaged.
Tip: A high response rate increases your chances of attracting more talents—helping you fill roles faster!
How do I add a customized greeting message to talents?
Web:
Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen → Account Settings → Message Customization.
Then, click the Edit icon and enter your preferred greeting message.
App:
From the bottom navigation bar, go to the Menu page.
Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner → Replies → First Greeting Message to Talent.
Note: You can either use one of the ready-made templates or create your own custom greeting message.
Notifications
I would like to stop receiving career and hiring newsletters
Web:
Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen → Account Settings → Email Notification. Toggle the type of notification/newsletter you would like to receive/not receive.
App:
At the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the Menu page. On the top right corner, tap on Settings icon > Notifications. Toggle the type of notification/newsletter you would like to receive/not receive.
