Why can’t I verify my company profile?



If your company verification fails, we’ll include the reason so you can update the necessary details. Once corrected, you may resubmit your documents for verification. Why can’t I join a company?



There are two (2) possible reasons why you’re unable to join a company:
The company is not yet verified.
Your request to join has not yet been approved by the company administrator.

We recommend reaching out to your company admin to confirm the verification status or request approval.
If the current admin is no longer available or connected, feel free to contact us via live chat support or email us at support@bossjob.com for further assistance.

How to change my company’s information?



Only the admin user of the employer account can edit company information.

Web:

Log in using the registered email address or phone number through https://employer.bossjob.com/
Go to the My Company page on the left side of your screen.
From there, the admin can edit the company’s information.

App:

Login to your employer account using the correct registered email address or phone number
Once logged in, go to MenuMy Company
From there, you will be able to edit your company's information

How do I assign someone else as the admin of the company?



Only the current admin can assign another member as the new admin.

Web:

On the left navigation bar, go to My Company → Company Management.
Under Company Management, select the team member you’d like to assign as the new admin.

App:

At the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the Menu page → Admin Console → Team Members
Select the desired member you would like to pass the administration access to

Why can’t I leave my company?



Click your profile photo at the upper right corner of your screen.
Go to My Settings → My Company.
Click Change Company next to the company name.

Can there be more than 1 company admin?



Yes, there can be more than 1 company administrator.

Why can’t I change certain information about the company?



You may not have the necessary admin access to update certain company details.
Please ensure that you have administration rights. If not, contact your company’s admin to make the changes on your behalf.

How do I add more people into my organisation?



To add team members to your company, go to My Company on the left side → Company Management. Under the Company Management section, click the Add button, enter your member’s email address, and select the appropriate access level based on your preferences. Then, click Generate Exclusive Link.

Your team member will receive an email invitation. Once they click the Accept Invite, they’ll be redirected to create an employer account and join your company.
