- Check the Reason for Failure: When verification fails, the system will include the exact reason for rejection (e.g., mismatched details, unclear or expired document, invalid document).
- Update Details: Based on feedback, update the necessary company information or documentation on your profile.
- Resubmit Document: Once corrected, resubmit your updated profile and documents for a second verification review.

Each company must submit at least one (1) of the following valid documents based on the country:

Corporations & Partnerships:
- BIR 2303
- SEC Certificate
Freelancers & Small Businesses:
- Business Permit or Mayor's Permit
Manpower Agencies
- DOLE Certificate
- Department of Migrant Workers Certificate
🇮🇩 Indonesia (IND)
Business License Certificate
- NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) – Business Identification Number
- SIUP (Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan) – Trade Business License
- TDP (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan) – Company Registration Certificate
- NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) – Taxpayer Identification Number
🇸🇬 Singapore (SG)
- ACRA Business Registration
- Company BizFile
- CPF Submission Number
- via Corpass - automatically approved by the system
For other International companies, you may send us your legally registered business documents.

Why Can't I Join a Company?
I. Overview
If you are an employer user attempting to join your organization on Bossjob, your access might be blocked due to the company's verification status or pending approval from your administrator.
II. Two Primary Reasons for Access Failure
There are two (2) main reasons why you are currently unable to join a company:
- Company is Not Verified: The organization you are attempting to join has not yet successfully completed the necessary company profile verification process.
- Pending Administrator Approval: Your request to join the company's employer account has not yet been reviewed and approved by the existing Company Administrator.
III. Resolution Path and Next Steps
The fastest way to gain access is to contact your organization internally.
- Contact Your Company Admin: We highly recommend reaching out directly to your Company Administrator to confirm two things:
- The overall verification status of the company profile.
- To request that they approve your pending join request.

How to Change my Company’s Information?
I. Overview
To maintain security and data integrity, only the designated Admin user of the employer account has permission to view and edit the company’s core information (e.g., address, description, industry).
II. Step-by-Step Instructions for Admin Users

- Access the employer dashboard by logging in with the registered email address or phone number at https://employer.bossjob.com/.
- From the left navigation bar, click on the My Company page.
- From this page, the Admin user can edit and save the company’s information.
App
- Log in to your employer account using the correct registered email address or phone number.
- Go to the Menu page (usually via the bottom navigation bar) → Company Information
- From this screen, you will be able to edit and update your company's information.
III. Important Access Note
ADMIN RIGHTS REQUIRED
- If you are unable to edit company information, ensure you have the necessary Admin access rights.
- If not, please contact your company’s current Admin to request the changes or be granted Admin status.
How to Assign a New Company Administrator
I. Overview
Only the current Admin user of the employer account can assign or transfer administrative rights to another team member. This process is necessary to ensure continuity of company management on Bossjob.
II. Step-by-Step Instructions

- On the left navigation bar, go to My Company → Company Management.
- Under the Company Management list, select the team member you wish to promote to Admin.
- Change their role/access level to Admin and confirm the change.
App
- From the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the Menu page → Admin Console → Team Members
- Select the desired member and choose the option to pass the administration access to this team member.
How to Change or Leave Your Company
I. Overview
If you are no longer affiliated with your current organization or need to switch the company you represent, you can remove yourself from the employer account using your personal settings.
II. Step-by-Step Instructions

- Click your profile photo in the upper right corner of your screen
- From the dropdown menu, go to My Settings → My Company
- Locate the company name you are currently associated with and click Change Company next to it.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your departure or switch to a new employer account.
App
- Navigate to the Menu page (usually via the bottom navigation bar).
- Click the company name listed directly under your name/profile photo.
- Navigate and click My Company within the settings.
- On the Company profile screen, click the Change or Leave the Company option.

Why can't I leave?
If the option to leave is unavailable, it is likely that you are the sole Admin of the company profile. You must first assign a new Admin before you can successfully remove yourself.

Admin Access and Permissions
I. Overview
Administrative access determines who can make critical changes to the company profile and manage other team members, ensuring proper control over your organization's presence on Bossjob.
II. Admin Multiplicity and Limitations
Can there be more than 1 company administrator?
Yes. Your company is allowed to have more than one administrator. We highly recommend assigning at least two (2) Admins to ensure continuous management access and to serve as a backup in case the primary Admin is unavailable.
Why can't I change certain information about the company?
The ability to edit core company information (e.g., legal name, address) and the power to approve new team member requests are restricted to Admin users only.
Your Immediate Action:
- You likely do not have the necessary Admin access rights. Non-admin team members cannot perform these critical functions.
- Please confirm that you have been granted administrative rights. If not, contact your company’s current Admin to do one of the following:
- Make the changes or approve the member request on your behalf.
- Request they promote your account to Admin status.

How to Add Team Members to Your Company Account
I. Overview
You can easily invite and add new team members to your company account to help manage recruitment activities. Only Admin users have the necessary permissions to generate these invitation links and set access levels.
II. Step-by-Step Instructions (Web Only)
- On the left navigation bar, go to My Company → Company Management.
- Start Invitation: Under the Company Management section, click the Add button.
- Enter your member’s email address and select the appropriate access level (Admin, Manager, or Recruiter) based on your preferences.
- Click the Generate Exclusive Link button
Note: Once you successfully submit the invitation, your team member will receive a notification via the email or mobile number provided. They can then proceed to register their employer account.
