This process ensures your privacy until you consent to the exchange, which requires a quick OTP verification. **II. Step-by-Step Instructions** **Web** * Navigate to the **Chat** page. * Choose the employer from your chat list with whom you want to exchange numbers. * Click the **Exchange Mobile Number** button from the chat box below and enter your correct **country code** along with your updated mobile number. * Click **Send OTP**. If you haven’t received a reply, here are a few things you can do: * Continue applying to other job opportunities while waiting * Keep your profile updated to improve your chances of being noticed * Send a polite follow-up message via chat after a reasonable amount of time (e.g., a few days), to express your continued interest A short, professional follow-up can help keep your application on their radar. However, responses are still at the recruiter’s discretion based on their hiring needs.
