How to Post a Job?


I. Overview


Posting a job is the first step to hiring on Bossjob. It takes less than 5 minutes and is accessible via both the web and app.


II. Step-by-Step Instructions


Web:
  • Go to Manage Jobs
  • Click on Create Job button on the top right corner
  • Fill in all the relevant information regarding the job offer

App:
  • Navigate to the ‘Talents’ page from the bottom navigation bar, then tap the ‘+’ icon at the top right to access the ‘ Manage Jobs' page
  • Tap on ‘ Post a new job’ at the bottom
  • Fill in all the relevant job details.

III. Important Posting Guidelines


Compliance: Ensure you follow our Job Posting and Recruitment Guidelines - The Philippines to avoid restrictions and job rejection.

Prohibition: Duplicate job posting (same location, job title, and job function) are strictly prohibited to avoid spam postings.



How do I edit/close job post


I. Overview


You can easily update the details of an active job or close a role once it has been filled directly from the Manage Jobs section of your account.


II. Step-by-Step Instructions


Web
  • From the left navigation bar, click on the Manage Jobs tab.
  • You will see a list of all your posted jobs.
  • To Edit a Job: On the right side of the job entry, click the Edit button (pencil icon)

App
  • From the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the Talents page.
  • Tap the + icon at the top right to access the 'Manage Jobs' page.
  • Tap on the active job you wish to modify.
  • On the job details screen, select either Edit or Close at the bottom.

Important Note


Our team reviews and verifies new companies registered and approves job postings within our working hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, except holidays. If you edit an active job, it will return to Pending status for review. In case your submission hasn't been reviewed within 24-48 hours, contact our customer support at support@bossjob.com if you have more questions.
