Notifications


How to Manage Career and Hiring Newsletter Subscriptions


I. Overview


You have full control over the email communications you receive from Bossjob. You can easily manage and stop receiving career and hiring newsletters through your account notification settings on both the web and the app.


II. Step-by-Step Instructions


Web
  • Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  • Go to Account Settings → Email Notification/SMS Notification
  • Find the section related to newsletters (e.g., "Career and Hiring Tips") and Toggle the setting to your preferred state (Off to stop receiving)


App
  • From the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the Menu page.
  • On the top right corner, tap on the Settings icon.
  • Tap Notifications.
  • Locate the relevant newsletter option and Toggle the setting to stop receiving the emails.


III. Important Note on Notifications


You can also use this same settings page to manage other platform notifications, such as those for new chats, new resumes, or system updates.

During your free subscription, Bossjob provides specific Credits monthly to help you maximize your job visibility and outreach to talents.


II. Details of the Credit Mechanism

Used to mark a job post as "Urgent" for 3 days.

Feature Credits

Used for visibility boosts; your job will be pinned at the top page of the job list for 3 days.

Talent Search Credits

Used for utilizing the dedicated talent search function and starting chat conversations with more candidates from our platform.


  1. Replenishment

Your Boosting Credits will be replenished automatically every month for the duration of your free subscription.


III. Critical Rule: Credit Forfeiture

Please note that all unused credits will be forfeited if they are not utilized during the month. They will not roll over to the next period, so ensure you use them before the monthly reset.
