  • Access the website/app on another device
  • For web: Clear browser cookies and cache ( Instructions)
  • For app: Clear cache via Account Settings → General → Storage
  • Enable Javascript ( Instructions)
  • Enable Cookies ( Instructions)
  • Access the website/app with a more stable internet connection
